Another day and another new offer out from Ohio State to a big-time class of 2014 prospect. The latest rising junior to receive a Buckeye offer is Joliet (Ill.) Plainfield South linebacker Clifton Garrett. The 6-foot-3, 220-pound prospect got the news earlier this evening, directly from the Ohio State coaching staff.
