Inside Tulsa Sports continues its season preview and position analysis of Tulsa football with a breakdown of the defensive tackles, including developments from the off-season and where things stand at this point in fall camp.

With Tulsa's switch to the 4-3 scheme under defensive coordinator Brent Guy, the defensive tackle position became a focal point, as Tulsa had been based out of a three-man front with a nose guard for the past several years. With an additional tackle in the mix, depth became an immediate issue, and the Hurricane recruited several young defensive lineman.
