Motta on verge of first start at safety

IrishIllustrated.com Sophomore safety Zeke Motta is accustomed to being on the field when the Irish kick off a football game. He's been a fixture on the Notre Dame special teams since his rookie season in 2009. But unless Jamoris Slaughter makes a quick recovery, Motta will be getting his first starting assignment at safety this weekend against Michigan.
