The recruiting interest didn't pick up until late in the process, but that's all right with Barry Snider. Left unsigned this past February, the defensive lineman sent out highlight tapes of his two seasons at Scottsdale (Ariz.) Community College and found an interested party in UCF, who were looking to add some depth to their line.
