Minnesota may have been late to the party but they are sure making waves lately with four-star running back Jameel Poteat of Bishop McDevitt High School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The Gophers officially submitted a scholarship offer to Poteat this week and the move has put Minnesota in contention.
