NEW ORLEANS, La. - Sophomore center Greg Monroe (New Orleans, La./Helen
Cox) recorded his fifth career double-double with 18 points and 11 rebounds
and led four players in double figures as the No. 20 Georgetown men's
basketball team beat Tulane, 74-58, in front of 3,463 fans at Fogelman
Arena. It was the fifth-straight season opening win for the Hoyas, who
improve to 1-0, while Tulane falls to 0-1.
